Delivery and Return


Candle Cottage is unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide an address whereby someone can sign for the package upon delivery.

Generally within Australia, we use Australia Post for shipping. For International orders we use Australia Post and others for shipping.

Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 2 and 6 working days if there are any unforseen delays we will advise you immediately we find out and always keep you updated with the status of your order.

We will always attempt to ship a completed order within an estimated period of 24-48 hours. If you have placed an order inclusive of items noted as "preorder" your completed order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Our domestic shipping and packing charges are fixed at $14.95 per delivery up to $150 to any CBD or Metro area. Free Delivery on orders over $150, exclude corporate orders and express post.  We ship to New Zealand and other international destinations, please contact us for a quotation. 

Express delivery is available on check out. We use Australia Post to deliver items Australia-wide. Our domestic shipping and packing charges are fixed at $29.95 per delivery up to any CBD or Metro area.  Our delivery time for Australia CBD or Metro area is between 1 and 3 working days.

If you are in a particularly remote rural area, please give us a call so we can arrange delivery at the most competitive rates for you. We will try our best to get you the best price on shipping and so it will be charged when you are contacted by one of our team members.


For all full priced items, you may return Products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging.

We do not accept returns for items on sale, gift vouchers or custom/special orders.

To return an item, please email notifying us that you wish to return an item including the order number in the email.

Products must be returned to the following address, at your own cost, with a dispatch note stating our original invoice number:

Once we have received the returned Products, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund entitlement.

All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be credited to the purchaser’s Candle Cottage account or credit card.

The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.
Candle Cottage does not accept returns for items on sale. All sale items are final sale and we will not issue refunds, credit notes or exchanges for items that have been purchased on sale.

Please note Goods and Services Tax will be refunded to Australian purchasers however Candle Cottage is not responsible for the refund of duties or taxes levied outside Australia.
